About Me

I am an experienced cognitive behavioural therapist, trained to a high level with many of the world leading experts in CBT at the Institute of Psychiatry (Kings College London) and Centre for Anxiety Disorders and Trauma, London (CADAT).

I have worked extensively across the NHS since 2006, as an occupational therapist in secondary mental health teams, and then as a cognitive behavioural therapist in GP surgeries in London (South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust). Currently I work part-time at the University of Bath counselling service for students.

I am passionate about providing therapy to people experiencing emotional distress, and I strongly believe that talking about our experiences can make us happier, or at least bring more clarity and comfort in our lives. I love to meet people, to listen to what they bring to sessions, and to help them make sense of it. I work with a sensitive, positive and non-judgemental attitude, and endeavour to tailor fit the therapy I am providing for every individual I see.
